How is the remaining absence allowance calculated?

The term total is weekly hours times the number of weeks. The allowed absence is your school's percentage of that total. What is left is the allowed absence minus the hours you have already missed.

What is the allowed absence percentage?

It differs by school, department and course. Check your syllabus or school regulations; this page does not assume any specific percentage.
