Timetable from a photo
Upload a picture, check the table, save.
Upload your timetable once. We remind you when class starts, ask if you went when it ends and count your absences against each course's limit.
Reminders need Telegram; the absence table works without it. Your timetable photo is sent to an AI service to be read, and only the courses you confirm are saved.
Built for university and college students
Attendance Tracker is a web-based tool that helps students keep track of class attendance and stay within each course's absence limit. A student uploads a photo of their timetable, and the tool reads the courses, days and hours with artificial intelligence, then shows the table so the student can correct it. The student sets the maximum number of absences for every course. When a class starts, Attendance Tracker sends a reminder on Telegram, and when it ends, it asks whether the student attended. One tap on Yes or No records the answer in the attendance table and replies with the number of absences used and left, with a warning when the limit is close. Every account receives 5 timetable scans per month for free, with no payment details. The Plus plan includes 50 scans per month for $3 and the Pro plan includes 200 scans per month for $6. Attendance Tracker works in any web browser on a computer or phone.
The photo is read once by an AI service; we save only the courses you confirm.
Every course, time and limit is editable at any moment.
Reminders and tracking are free, no card needed.
Set it up in a few minutes. After that, a tap on Telegram is all it takes.
Upload a picture, check the table, save.
A message when each class starts.
After class: did you attend? Yes or No.
You set the maximum, we count what is left.
A heads-up when only one absence is left.
Every course with used and remaining absences.
A photo is enough. Fix anything we misread.
The maximum absences your school allows.
We keep the count and warn you in time.
The job this does for you
When a term starts, I want to know exactly how many classes I can still skip, so I do not fail a course because of attendance.
Nobody tells you how many absences you have left until it is too late.
Every course shows used and remaining absences from the limit you set.
Typing a whole timetable into an app takes an evening.
Upload a photo of it, check the table we read and save.
You forget to note whether you went to class.
A Telegram message right after each class asks yes or no, and one tap records it.

Attendance Tracker is a tool that reads your timetable from a photo, reminds you about classes on Telegram and counts your absences against each course's limit.
It is free to start with 5 timetable scans every month. Plus costs $3 per month with 50 scans and Pro costs $6 per month with 200 scans. Reminders and attendance tracking are always included.
Reminders and check-in questions are sent on Telegram. The attendance table also works without it: you can mark every class by hand on the website.
Not always. You see the table we read before saving, and you can fix any course, day, hour or limit.
Your courses and attendance marks are stored on your account so reminders can work. Your timetable photo is sent to an AI service to be read, and only the courses you confirm are saved.
